Help with your family's email
Write to support@inboxfamily.com for anything about your account: adding a mailbox, setting up a mail app, connecting a domain you already own, billing or cancelling. Tell us the domain your family uses so we can find it quickly. Most answers are also on the Help page.

- privacy@inboxfamily.com: questions about your data, or a request to see, correct or delete it.
- security@inboxfamily.com: a security problem you have found in InboxFamily.
- abuse@inboxfamily.com: spam or abuse sent from an InboxFamily address.
- legal@inboxfamily.com: requests from authorities. How we handle them is on the Law enforcement requests page.
Is it working right now?
The Status page shows the live state of the app, the mail server and its sending reputation. Check it first if mail seems slow or an app cannot connect.
