Affiliate terms
The rules of the InboxFamily affiliate program.
Last updated October 10, 2026
Who we are
These terms are between you and W3, Podcienie 2, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland, VAT ID PL6462636764, which runs InboxFamily ("we"). By applying you accept them.
Who can join
- You are 18 or older and can enter into a contract.
- We approved your application. We may decline any application without giving a reason.
- You are not on a sanctions list and do not live in a country under comprehensive sanctions.
- One account per person or business.
What you earn
30% of each payment a referred family makes for the InboxFamily subscription, for 24 months from the day their subscription starts.
Commission is worked out on the subscription amount after discounts and without any sales tax or VAT. The one-time domain charge, taxes and any other charges are not commissionable.
All amounts are in US dollars.
Tracking
A referral counts when a visitor opens an inboxfamily.com page through your link (any address with ?p= and your code) and buys within 90 days. The first partner link they click wins; a later click on another partner's link does not change it.
Tracking uses a first-party cookie. If a visitor blocks or clears it, or buys on another device, we cannot credit you. Our records decide whether a referral counts.
Commission status and reversals
Each commission is pending for 30 days after the payment, then approved.
If the payment is refunded or disputed while the commission is pending, the commission is cancelled. If it happens after we paid you, the reversed amount shows as a negative line and is deducted from your next payout.
Payouts
You can request a payout once your approved balance is at least $50. We pay by PayPal in US dollars, usually within 10 business days of the request. You give us your PayPal address, legal name, country, postal address and whether you are an individual or a business with your first request.
You pay any fees your PayPal account charges to receive money. For another payout method, email owen@inboxfamily.com.
Disclosure
You must clearly tell your audience that you earn a commission, next to every link and before they click it, as the US Federal Trade Commission and similar laws elsewhere require. "I earn a commission if you buy through this link" is enough. A disclosure hidden in a footer or a separate page is not.
What is not allowed
- Referring yourself, your household or your own family. These purchases earn nothing.
- Bidding on InboxFamily or similar words in search ads, or using them in domains or social account names.
- Coupon, cashback or deal sites, unless we agreed in writing.
- Spam: unsolicited email, messages or comments.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames or any other way of setting a referral without a real visit.
- Pretending to be us, or making promises about InboxFamily that are not on our website, including about privacy, security or what any government can access.
- Recruiting other affiliates under you.
Our name and logo
While you are in the program you may use the InboxFamily name, logo and the descriptions in your dashboard to promote us. Do not change the logo or suggest that we endorse you beyond this program.
Fraud
If we find a breach of these terms or a referral that is not genuine, we may cancel the affected commissions, hold your balance while we look into it, and close your account.
Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. If the law requires us to withhold tax from a payment, we will withhold it and tell you how much. We may ask for tax documents before paying.
Ending the agreement
Either side may end it at any time by email. Approved commissions are paid out as usual. Pending ones are paid when approved, unless we ended the agreement because of a breach.
Changes
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Commissions already earned keep the terms they were earned under.
The legal part
You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or partner in the legal sense.
Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions paid or owed to you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Polish law governs these terms, and the courts of Poland decide disputes, unless a law that protects you says otherwise.
